If you've only received your confirmation email for your order, it's not time to start looking out the window or missing work to receive your package just yet, but here are some more details once your order has shipped -
Our fulfillment timeframe can be found in your order confirmation email! Normally it is 4-9 business days but may change depending on events such as Black Friday, Birthday Sale, etc!
Once our fulfillment team packs your order it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number! As excited as we are for you to receive your new products there may be delays during transit and delivery processes that are beyond our control at this time. You can check on any information we have straight from our couriers using your unique tracking number code!

We are eager to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Our team is taking necessary precautions for our employees and customers to ensure safety is put first. Due to COVID-19, employee safety precautions put in place and various government orders put out weekly we are adjusting the best we can to still provide quick fulfillment. Please understand that once your order is fulfilled by our distribution team it will be in the hands of the courier where delays may be experienced and are beyond our control.
If you've received your shipping confirmation, then your order is that much closer to being in your hands! Here is a breakdown of tracking number identifications and links that can be found in your shipping confirmation email:
DHL Tracking Numbers begin with GM, LX, RX
DPD/DPP Tracking Numbers begin with RS. Packages sent through this service will transfer the package to your local courier for final delivery. If you should have any questions once this happens it is best to contact your local courier with the tracking number for your package for any delivery details they will be able to provide!
Parcel Force Tracking Numbers can vary in length – 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, or 21 characters and contain both numbers and letters. This can always be found in your shipping email once your order is fulfilled!
FedEx Tracking Number format is 12 digits (e.g. 9999 9999 9999) or 15 digits (e.g. 9999 9999 9999 999)
If you are shopping from FitBananas.com and wondering about import fees - this article is for you!
Customers ordering from alphalete.uk and reside outside of UK and EU Countries you may be subject to import fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. If we had it our way, there wouldn't be any additional charges once you submitted your order, however, these fees are not charged by FitBananas and are beyond our control!
If you have questions on why you are billed certain import fees/taxes or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country we recommend contacting your local customs office or courier that directly billed you for the fees.
