  RETURN POLICY 

 Did you purchase through our FitBananas Site and are looking to return an item? You're in the right place!

 We want you to love the pieces you've received, just as much as we've loved creating and seeing them come to life. If for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned we have a 30-day return window - no questions asked... well, maybe just some feedback so we can learn more!

  Our 30-Day Warranty

  • We have a 30-day return window for all items that are not discounted 30% or more on our site. The return window begins once your package has been delivered to you.
  • In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way please submit a ticket to our Support Team and we will get back to you in 48 hours or less!

  Return Standards & Conditions

  • We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!
    • Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and color but in different/same sizes.
    • If your exchange request is unavailable due to stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
  • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
  • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will not be accepted
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
  • Whether worn or unworn we cannot accept returns (for refunds or exchanges) on any face masks or socks for hygiene reasons.
  • If you are returning your entire order please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-7 business days of you being notified via email.

   Can sale items be returned?

  • Any items discounted 25% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any items discounted less than 25% are not considered final sale and are welcome to be returned within our 30-day window.
  • If you received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way please submit a ticket to our Support Team.
